How to Make Air Fryer Green Beans and Potatoes Recipe

Ingredients

Be sure to see the recipe card below for the full listing of ingredients, instructions, notes, and estimated nutritional information.

For this recipe, you’ll need the following ingredients:

  • Fresh green beans – I love to use fresh green beans from the garden throughout the summer and can also find delicious ones from my local produce market and the grocery store.
  • Potatoes – fresh baby potatoes are delicious in this side dish recipe. Make sure they are about the same size, or cut them into similar bite-sized pieces so that they cook evenly.
  • Olive oil – Just a bit of olive oil is needed for this recipe.
  • Stone House Seasoning – this is my house seasoning blend that I’ve used for years. A blend of salt, pepper, and garlic adds incredible flavor to any dish. I recommend making it in a large batch to use in various dishes. You can use 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt, 1/4 teaspoon black pepper, and 1/4 teaspoon granulated garlic. If you do not like the flavor of garlic, you can omit it.
