Rosemary Potatoes Recipe – These roasted potatoes are ready in less than 30 minutes and made flavorful with fresh rosemary. They make the perfect side dish!

If I were stranded on a deserted island, these are the potatoes I’d be craving. I can guarantee it.
So simple to make and absolutely scrumptious, they are a staple recipe that goes with so many dishes. They are very similar to my Herbed Skillet Potatoes and a recipe you really, really, really need to try!
You can use any type of potatoes and if they are large, cut them into walnut sized pieces, but if possible please look for these multi-colored baby potatoes because oh my word they make this dish!

Here’s how I make my Rosemary Potatoes Recipe. I hope you enjoy them!

Isn’t it? I could have it for breakfast, lunch or supper!
potatoes, salt, rosemary? Yes, ma’am!
Nothing wrong with that line up, is there?
I make these all the time! However, I’m usually in a hurry, so I just throw them in my Micro cooker and put in the microwave for 6-7 minutes. A huge time saver for busy cooks.
What a great idea! I do not use my microwave nearly as much as I should! {Well, except for warming up coffee and melting chocolate!}
These sound SOOOOOO good!!! I am making them. Tonight even!! Thank you for the recipe and the beautiful photos!
I can’t wait to hear how you like them, Amanda! We always gobble them right up!

I just got a large rosemary. . .is it a bush? Looks like a Christmas tree, but I have been using rosemary in everything! I can’t wait to try these this week! And if I were stranded, I think I would need cupcakes with me!
Stranded island or no stranded island, I am craving these potatoes. I could eat these with beef, chicken…or solo. Wonderful!
Deserted island…not stranded island. Duh.
