Meal Plan Tips:
Saturday:
BBQ Pork Tenderloin: Such a flavorful, yet simple recipe that’s even easy enough to make on a weeknight. This savory pork tenderloin recipe uses my crowd favorite Homemade BBQ Sauce as a base for the marinade. I’ll place the pork tenderloins in their marinade in the refrigerator the night before.
Macaroni Salad: So easy to make ahead and keep in the fridge until ready to serve.
Grilled Zucchini: Since I plan to grill my pork tenderloins anyway, I’ll make this easy side to grill too.
Easy Peach Cobbler: This cobbler could not be any easier if it tried! A perfect dessert made with the ripe juicy peaches of summer! Great with a scoop of my Vanilla Ice Cream or No Churn Vanilla Ice Cream if you wish!
Fresh Lemonade: I’m making a large amount of this refreshing lemonade to enjoy all week!
Sunday:
Easy Citrus Shrimp: This shrimp recipe from the cookbook comes together in a snap and is perfect for an easy, breezy meal. Paired with a salad and homemade citrus vinaigrette dressing, it is simple, scrumptious, and just right! Iโll make the vinaigrette ahead earlier in the day and always love to have a large salad assembled for my family to enjoy throughout the week.
Monday: Leftovers from the weekend!
Tuesday:
Shrimp Avocado Salad: I’ll make this super easy summer favorite with extra shrimp I cooked on Sunday. It’s perfect for a hot summer supper since it’s no bake, light and so refreshing!
Wednesday:
Easy Barbacoa: This dish with itโs unmistakeable flavor is always a favorite โ and itโs so easy. You can put everything in the slow cooker insert the night before, cover it in your fridge and put in the slow cooker in the morning. We plan to eat it with tortillas, some avocado slices and my Salsa. Itโs also great in tacos, with rice or on a salad. It is great for leftovers and freezes well too!
Thursday:
Skillet Steaks : I enjoy a grilled steak so much, but thereโs just something magical about this steak seared in a hot skillet! I like to season mine several hours before Iโll be cooking it to heighten the flavor of the steak.
Gorgonzola Herb Butter: I make this ahead and store it in the fridge until ready to top these hot, sizzling steaks. Please donโt skip this herbed butter โ itโs a perfect final touch!
Instant Pot Baked Sweet Potatoes: These are ready in a jiffy cooked this way, but if you don’t have an Instant Pot, just bake them in the oven.
Peach Ice Cream: Fresh juicy peaches are one of my summer favorites! I share a couple of tips to make this the best peach ice cream you’ve ever tasted.
Have a great week!

Hi Georgeann,
I’m not sure how you tried to save the recipe to Pinterest but my Easy Citrus Shrimp recipe is in my cookbook and is not on the website. Sorry if that was confusing.
