MEAL PLAN TIPS:
Sunday:
This Slow Cooker Honey Glazed Ham from the cookbook is so simple to make and absolutely delicious made in the slow cooker!
Monday:
We will enjoy leftovers from our big Sunday supper of ham, squash casserole and more!
Tuesday:
Restaurant Style Salsa: Make this ahead and refrigerate.
Perfect Queso: Grate all the cheeses and place in airtight bags or containers until ready to prepare. This is ready in minutes!
Fish Tacos: So easy to cook your fish of choice earlier in the day, chop and refrigerate the veggies and have these ready to assemble when at supper time!
Wednesday:
Another quick and delicious weeknight favorite that comes together quickly!
Thursday:
Grilled Chicken: I will have my Grilled Chicken Marinade made ahead and our chicken marinating for the best, most delicious and juicy chicken! I’m grilling a couple of extra chicken breasts for a recipe for supper tomorrow night.
Friday:
Sweet & Spicy Chicken Wraps: These come together easily with chicken breasts I grilled last night and saved for these. The Pineapple Jalepeno Cream Cheese Spread is super fast to mix up with only four ingredients – and you already chopped the pineapple on Tuesday night when making sorbet.
Grilled Watermelon and Peach Salad: I’m so excited just thinking about this salad! It’s a perfect salad for summer from the Add a Pinch Cookbook!
Grandmother’s Peach Cobbler: I planned this for tonight since I’m slicing fresh peaches for the salad we’ll be enjoying for supper too. I may decide to make some No Churn Vanilla Ice Cream to top this with! Delicious!!!
I hope you have a delicious week!
