Saturday:
Grandmother’s Chicken and Dumplings: It’s supposed to get cold here in the south this week! As soon as it gets a little chilly here, I automatically start craving Grandmother’s Chicken and Dumplings! I love to make this treasure on weekends because I like to cook the chicken low and slow. It’s really simple and oh goodness gracious is it ever so worth it!
But if you are rushed for time or craving this on a weeknight, I’ve shared how to make this family favorite recipe in the Instant Pot too!

Sunday:
Bacon Wrapped Meatloaf: This is easy to mix up earlier in the day and place in fridge until time for baking. What amazing leftovers you’ll have too!
Slow Cooker Mashed Potatoes: So easy to get going in the slow cooker early in the day! Make ahead and reheat if you wish. Delicious!
Homemade Yeast Rolls: I like to make these yeast rolls from my cookbook on a weekend when I have a little more time. They are so scrumptious! They will be great with leftover meatloaf for tomorrow’s supper!

Easy Barbacoa Recipe // addapinch.com

Tuesday:
Easy Barbacoa: This dish with it’s unmistakeable flavor is always a favorite – and it’s so easy. You can put everything in the slow cooker insert the night before, cover it in your fridge and put in the slow cooker in the morning. We plan to eat it with tortillas, some avocado slices and my Salsa. It’s also delicious in nachos, great in tacos, with rice or on a salad. It is great for leftovers and freezes well too!
Salsa (Restaurant Style): This is so fresh and takes only minutes to make, but I keep it in the fridge a lot because my family loves it!

Wednesday:
White Chicken Chili:  I’ll pop everything into the slow cooker the night before and place the insert into the refrigerator overnight. Then, before I head out in the morning, I just put the insert back into the slow cooker and set it to cook for the day!

Swedish Meatballs Recipe - Swedish meatballs make a delicious dish served as an appetizer or as a main meal. This family recipe is made from scratch and is a favorite! // addapinch.com

Thursday:
Swedish Meatballs: My Mama has made this dish for so many years – even as an appetizer! It’s always been one of our family favorites.
You can go ahead and form your meatballs and set in the fridge for a bit if you want to make them earlier in the day.
Slow Cooker Green Beans: Prepare the recipe in the slow cooker insert, place in fridge overnight, then pop the slow cooker insert in the fridge before leaving for the day. Easy as can be and so delicious!

Have a great week!
