Ham and Gruyere Crustless Quiche Recipe – A quick and easy, low carb quiche recipe filled with delicious ham and flavorful gruyere.
Since we’re camping for a little over a week, I knew I wanted to plan meals that were not only easy to prepare, but also used similar ingredients so I didn’t have to over stuff the RV refrigerator or worry about missing any the fun activities we’d planned to dash back to the grocery store for missing items. One of my favorite dishes to prepare while camping has to be quiche.
The ingredients of this easy quiche are some of the essentials when we plan a trip – ham, cheese, eggs – they work in so many dishes. But they really shine in one of my favorite recipes to make for brunch – this Ham and Gruyere crustless quiche. Served on a bed of spinach or arugula it really does make a filling meal.
Ready in about 30 minutes, the oven does all the work for you on this dish, which makes it even more welcome on busy mornings while everyone is getting ready for a busy day ahead whether camping or not.
If you have ham for your Easter meal, be sure to set a little aside to make this delicious quiche for the next morning. You’ll love it.
What is it about ham and cheese, specifically Gruyere? I could eat it every day! Especially in this quiche! Oh my!
Here’s how I make my Ham and Gruyere Crustless Quiche Recipe. I hope you love it.

Is that 1/4 of a ham? 1/4th of a cup? Thanks for clarifying! Looks delicious!
Hi Terry,
Thanks so much for asking! I’ve updated the recipe to include the word “cup” to make it clearer. So sorry it was omitted in the beginning! xo
Great work Robyn,
I agree with you completely. Having the chance to eat something so tasteful but spend just 30 minutes in the kitchen is a good reason to try out this one. I like it. Have a nice day. ๐
This looks delicious but I have to have the crust with quiche!!! I will be trying it out! Thanks! I’ve been looking for a good quiche recipe. I could eat eat every day and look like I do!!!
We go back and forth about crust or no crust on our quiche. I love that you know exactly how you want yours. I wish I were decisive.
Even though it is crustless it still looks delicious!!! Gruyere is my favorite cheese. I love all cheese..kinda..not all, but most! Happy Easter and have a great camping trip.
Thanks so much, Mary! I have to tell ya though – I made it again this morning for breakfast and this time – I made it with a crust! ๐
That looks scrumptious! Perfect for Easter weekend. I hope that you and the family have a wonderful weekend ๐ xoxo
