Saturday:
Pizza Bar: We’ll most surely have some of my son’s friends with us for supper and this pizza bar is always a hit! I’ll make my Homemade Pizza Dough, as well as the House Salad and the delicious Snickerdoodles ahead earlier in the day.
Sunday:
Slow Cooker Beef Bourguignon Recipe: I love this super easy recipe in the slow cooker. I like to prep the ingredients the evening before if I know that I’ll have a busy morning the next morning. Then, all I have to do is remove the slow cooker insert container from the refrigerator the next morning and pop it into the slow cooker, set the time and go!
Tuesday:
Chicken Tortilla Soup: I provide the stove top, slow cooker and instant pot cooking methods for this delicious soup. I’ll be making this in the Instant Pot – I love how fast and delicious this dish is to make in it!
Wednesday:
Brown Sugar Salmon and Veggies: Another easy and delicious recipe from the cookbook that my family enjoys! Everything cooks in one pan for easy cooking and cleaning!
Thursday:
Easy Skillet Lasagna: It’s one of my regulars I make from my cookbook – and I’ve heard many of you enjoy it too. It’s on the table in less than 30 minutes and it’s super delicious! I have a video that shows how simple it is to make!
