MEAL PLAN TIPS:
Saturday:
Citrus Shrimp: This shrimp recipe from the cookbook comes together in a snap and is perfect for an easy, breezy meal. Paired with a salad and homemade citrus vinaigrette dressing it is simple, scrumptious, and just right! Iโll make the vinaigrette ahead earlier in the day and always love to have a large salad assembled for my family throughout the week.
Sunday:
Slow Cooker BBQ Pork Chops: The slow cooker makes these delicious bbq pork chops so easy and so tender! It only takes a few minutes to prep these, then the slow cooker does the work! I will use my Homemade BBQ Sauceย that I have made earlier.
My Southern Potato Salad is a family favorite that I will make earlier in the day and have ready in the fridge. You can do the same with the Grape Salad too!
Tuesday:
Fish Tacos with Homemade Taco Seasoning: I keep the Taco Seasoning made and stored in an airtight container.ย Even though these tacos are ready in less than 30 minutes, I love to go ahead and prep all of the veggies and the pico de gallo ahead of time to make these fish tacos even easier! You can also go ahead and mix together your sour cream and sriracha and store in the refrigerator for up to a week.
Wednesday:
One Pan Pesto Chicken: Another quick-fix supper recipe, this one-pan dish is a favorite!
Thursday:
Sheet Pan Teriyaki Salmon with Green Beans: This is definitely an easy go-to recipe for busy weeknights! If you want to prep ahead, go ahead and make your homemade teriyaki sauce and store in the refrigerator. You can also prep your green beans so that then, you just have to assemble ingredients on your baking sheet, bake it in the oven and supperโs ready!
Hope you have a great week!
