MEAL PLAN TIPS:
Saturday:
Easy Bruschetta Chicken: This delicious chicken is always a flavorful favorite! It is on the table in less than 30 minutes, but I will prep the Balsamic Glaze ahead – I often keep it made and in the fridge. With just a handful of fresh ingredients, chicken, and balsamic glaze, youโll have dinner on the table in a flash!
Sunday:
Bacon Wrapped Meatloaf: This is easy to mix up earlier in the day and place in fridge until time for baking. What amazing leftovers youโll have too!
Slow Cooker Mashed Potatoes: So easy to get going in the slow cooker early in the day! Make ahead and reheat if you wish.
Homemade Yeast Rolls: You can use store bought yeast rolls for if you wish, but I hope you try these glorious rolls from my cookbook at some point. They are delicious โ and they are freezer friendly!
Tuesday:
Fish Tacos with Homemade Taco Seasoning: I keep the Taco Seasoning made and stored in an airtight container. Even though these tacos are ready in less than 30 minutes, I love to go ahead and prep all of the veggies and the pico de gallo ahead of time to make these fish tacos even easier! You can also go ahead and mix together your sour cream and sriracha and store in the refrigerator for up to a week.
Wednesday:
Shrimp Scampi: This favorite is ready in 15 minutes! The pasta can cook the same time as the shrimp, making this a quick and easy weeknight meal that is elegant enough for entertaining too!
Thursday:
Chicken Salad with Grapes: Iโll either cook my chicken earlier in the day on the stove or put chicken in the slow cooker in the morning to cook during the day. Having the chicken done ahead of time makes this family favorite one of my favorites to make!
Have a great week!
