Saturday: Pulled Pork Sandwiches from Pork Roast + Coleslaw + Chips (Slow Cooker, Make Ahead, Freezer Meal)

Sunday: Slow Cooker Beef Bourguignon (Slow Cooker, Freezer Meal)

Monday: Leftovers

Tuesday: Chicken Taco Soup (Instant Pot or Slow Cooker, Freezer Meal)

Wednesday: Meatloaf Muffins + Mashed Potatoes + Slow Cooker Green Beans (Make Ahead, Slow Cooker, Freezer Meal)

Thursday: Chicken Pot Pie with Puff Pastry + House Salad (45 Minutes, Make Ahead, Freezer Meal)

Friday: Leftovers or Eat Out

Meal Plan Tips:

Each delicious main dish I’ve listed for this week’s meal plan is freezer friendly. They are simple to make – often in your slow cooker or instant pot -and can then be frozen according to the freezer instructions I’ve provided with each main dish recipe given for this week. I hope this helps you prepare, as it does me, to have some easy freezer meals put away in case of a busy schedule or even a day you may feel under the weather.

Saturday:
Pulled Pork Sandwiches: Let the slow cooker do all the work by easily putting everything into the slow cooker insert the evening before and refrigerate. Then, in the morning, remove from the refrigerator and place into the slow cooker and go.
Make your sandwiches and top with a scoop of Coleslaw if you wish. My Homemade BBQ Sauce is delicious with this! This pork roast is versatile for many different recipes, making it a freezer favorite!

Chicken Taco Soup: One of our favorites, this easy supper can be made three ways: the stove top, the Instant Pot, or the slow cooker. I’ll make in the Instant Pot and freeze some for later meals.

Meatloaf Muffins: These portion sizes of meatloaf are easy to make and freeze well for later. The Easy Mashed Potatoes can be made ahead and the green beans are super simple to make in the slow cooker. All of these are absolutely freezer friendly.

Shopping Lists

Once you have your meal plan how you like it, you can create your Shopping List by clicking on the shopping cart in the top right corner. Make sure each recipe you plan to make for the week has a check beside it and then click the shopping cart in the top right corner a second time to generate the Shopping List. Now you can edit, save, share, print, and regenerate your Shopping List. How neat is that?
