MEAL PLAN TIPS:
Saturday:
Buffalo Shrimp Salad: A great prep-ahead meal by going ahead and making the buffalo sauce when you have an extra few minutes and then storing in the refrigerator. Of course, you can also use store-bought if you prefer.
Sunday:
The Slow Cooker Honey Glazed Ham is absolutely delicious – and so simple to make in the slow cooker! Bake your Hummingbird Cake the night before, wrap tightly and then frost it the on Sunday if you wish. The Southern Ambrosia Salad can be made ahead and refrigerated as well.
Monday:
Leftovers from our family Easter meal.
Tuesday:
This Easy Citrus Shrimp is a weeknight dream to cook for supper! Ready in 30 minutes and so delicious! We’ll have it with my House Salad.
Wednesday:
One Pan Pesto Chicken:
Make your pesto ahead and store in the refrigerator. Peppers can be chopped ahead and kept in the refrigerator as well. If you want to make your meal prep even faster, you can cut up your chicken into pieces and store in an airtight container in the refrigerator. But this is a quick, simple meal, so you may just want to prepare it as you get ready to cook.
Thursday:
Skillet Beef Ziti: Another quick one that requires very little prep. You can speed things along by pre-measuring all of your ingredients if youโd like.
Friday:
Leftovers or eat out as a family!
After cooking and baking for Easter, I’ve filled the rest of the week with quick and easy prep meals that are delicious and on the table in a hurry!
I hope you have a great week!
Have a blessed Easter!
