MEAL PLAN TIPS:
Sunday:
Swedish Meatballs: My Mama has made this dish for so many years โ even as an appetizer! Itโs always been one of our family favorites.
You can go ahead and form your meatballs and set in the fridge for a bit if you want to make them earlier in the day.
Slow Cooker Green Beans: Prepare the recipe in the slow cooker insert, place in fridge overnight, then pop the slow cooker insert in the morning. Easy as can be and so delicious!
Monday:
White Chicken Chili: Iโll pop everything into the slow cooker the night before and place the insert into the refrigerator overnight. Then, before I head out in the morning, I just put the insert back into the slow cooker and set it to cook for the day!
Tuesday:
Easy Barbacoa: This dish with itโs unmistakeable flavor is always a favorite โ and itโs so easy. You can put everything in the slow cooker insert the night before, cover it in your fridge and put in the slow cooker in the morning.
We plan to eat it with tortillas, some avocado slices and my Salsa. Itโs also delicious in nachos, great in tacos, with rice or on a salad. It is great for leftovers and freezes well too!
Salsa (Restaurant Style): This is so fresh and takes only minutes to make, but I keep it in the fridge a lot because my family loves it!
Wednesday:
Lemon Garlic Salmon and Asparagus Parchment Packets: These make such a delicious, quick and easy meal!
Just a few ingredients, a few minutes to create the number of salmon/asparagus parchment packets that you need to serve, and your supper is on the table in about 15 minutes. Cleanup is such a breeze too. I always love how flavorful and moist this recipe is every time I make it.
Thursday:
Pasta Fagioli: This is another quick and delicious meal that is on the table in 30 minutes! I think it’s even better than the Olive Garden version.
Friday:
Pizza Bar: Iโll make two batches of my Homemade Pizza Dough and my Pizza Sauce (both recipes linked within my pizza recipes) early on in the day. Iโll also grate cheese and chop any veggies Iโm planning to use on my pizzas. The pizzas are always favorites that we enjoy making with friends too!
The Spinach Artichoke Dip, Chocolate No Bake Cookies and Park Avenue Bars can all be made ahead.
Have a great week!
