Turkey wraps make a delicious, quick lunch that is ready in minutes. Made with turkey slices, spinach, and cheese these turkey wraps are a favorite!
This recipe for my favorite turkey wrap sandwiches will make you most certainly want to throw another turkey in oven just so you can make them. Of course turkey from the deli would work just fine, too! Fresh, delicious, and full of flavor, I think these turkey wrap sandwiches might become your favorite too. I love Thanksgiving leftovers and make sure to cook plenty of our favorite dishes to ensure we have plenty to keep and share with our guests. From turkey, southern cornbread dressing and sweet potato casserole to pecan pie – making a tad bit more than is needed on the big day makes for a very happy few days to follow.
Here’s how I make it.
You’ll need sandwich wraps or tortillas, dried cranberries, spinach, chive and onion cream cheese, Swiss chess, and turkey.
Sounds yummy already, doesn’t it?
Spread cream cheese on one side of your wrap.
Next, place your turkey on top of the cream cheese.
Be generous with it.
Layer on your spinach.
Oh my!
Next comes the Swiss cheese.
Add a little bit more of your cream cheese.
Sprinkle on dried cranberries. Don’t skimp on these. Make sure you’ve got it well covered.
Roll tightly and add a touch of cream cheese to final edge to seal completely.
And get ready to enjoy the best turkey wrap you’ve ever had. I could just hug my friend Melanie for sharing this recipe with me years ago. It is perfect anytime of year using sliced turkey from your deli if you are without leftover turkey, too!

Yummy combo! I’m gonna try this one in the next few days – pretty light too!
Lovely wrap… I love the punch of color (and no doubt, flavor) that you get from the cranberries!
This sounds like a fantastic variation on a traditional turkey sandwich – I love the flavours you have used! As you say, it’s worth cooking another turkey just to have the leftovers for it!
