Meal Plan Tips:

Slow Cooker Vegetable Soup Recipe - This Slow Cooker Vegetable Soup recipe is so simple to make and absolutely scrumptious. A definite family favorite! // addapinch.com

Saturday:
Slow Cooker Vegetable Soup: There’s just nothing like a hot bowl of vegetable soup with a slice of cornbread on a cool night! It is so easy to make, but if you want to get a head start, just add all of your ingredients to the slow cooker insert and store in the refrigerator overnight. Then put the insert back in the slow cooker the next morning and set the timer as you head out the door for the day.
Southern Cornbread: So easy to make, and absolutely divine served with this vegetable soup!
Apple Crisp: What a way to finish off this family favorite meal! It’s loaded with flavorful apples and topped with a crisp, crunchy streusel topping. So good!

Chicken Marsala Recipe from addapinch.com

Sunday:
Chicken Marsala: This is such a comforting dish to enjoy that my family loves! And it’s on the table in less than 30 minutes! Even though I cook this right before serving, I do a bit of meal prep and go ahead and slice the chicken breasts in half lengthwise as the recipe instructs and keep them in the fridge until ready to prepare supper.
Easy Mashed Potatoes: These delicious mashed potatoes are easy to make ahead if you wish. They can be stored in the fridge in an airtight container, then reheated in the oven as instructed in the recipe. They are so easy, I often just make them while I’m preparing supper.
Instant Pot Oreo Cheesecake: This is so quick to make in the instant pot, but if you don’t have one, my other Oreo Cheesecake recipe can be made without one.

Chicken Tortilla Soup Recipe - This easy Chicken Tortilla Soup makes a simple, yet scrumptious soup recipe. With slow cooker, Instant Pot and stovetop instructions included! // addapinch.com

Tuesday:
Chicken Tortilla Soup: This scrumptious soup can be made on the stovetop, in a slow cooker or in an Instant Pot with my recipe and instructions. If using my slow cooker, on Monday night, I’ll go ahead and add all of the ingredients to the insert of my slow cooker and then store it in the refrigerator overnight. I’ll then remove it from the refrigerator the next morning and pop it back into the slow cooker and set the timer. To make in the Instant Pot, I basically just add all of the ingredients to it and cook on the soup setting the designated time in the recipe, then shred the chicken, garnish and serve. You can also cook on the stovetop if you wish – I give that method in the recipe too. Three easy ways to make this family favorite, scrumptious dish!

Sheet Pan Teriyaki Salmon with Green Beans Recipe - This Sheet Pan Teriyaki Salmon with Green Beans recipe comes together in a snap! Ready and on the table in less than 30 minutes, it is a definite family favorite meal! // addapinch.com

Wednesday:
Sheet Pan Teriyaki Salmon with Green Beans: This is definitely an easy recipe for busy weeknights! If you want to prep ahead, go ahead and make your homemade teriyaki sauce and store in the refrigerator. You can also prep your green beans so that you just have to assemble ingredients on your sheet pan, bake it in the oven and supper’s ready!

Slow Cooker Red Beans and Rice Recipe - A  traditional Creole red beans and rice recipe that everyone loves made easy in the slow cooker!  // addapinch.com

Thursday:
Slow Cooker Red Beans and Rice: This tastes so amazing, you’d never guess how easy it is to cook in the slow cooker! You can make your rice ahead and reheat if you want, but I’ll just make the rice right before serving. It only takes a few minutes.

Have a great week!
