MEAL PLAN TIPS:
Saturday:
Rosemary Chicken Salad with Rosemary Ranch Dressing: This is a delicious, make ahead supper! All of the ingredients can be prepared ahead and stored in the refrigerator for up to a week. I recommend storing the ingredients in separate air tight containers to preserve their freshness. This dressing is so scrumptious, so I like to keep some on hand in the refrigerator!
Sunday:
Easy Beef Stroganoff: What a comforting classic family favorite meal! And it is so easy to make and is ready in 30 minutes!
Cream Cheese Poundcake: This poundcake is so easy to make – it’s only seven ingredients – and soooo delicious! I am planning to serve with fruit and whipped cream. It’s a favorite in my family!
Tuesday:
Chicken Enchiladas: Supper is even easier tonight since I’ve cooked my chicken ahead in the slow cooker. I often have some of my homemade Enchilada Sauce in the fridge, but my Blender Enchilada Sauce is so quick to make too! Either is amazing with these enchiladas!
Wednesday:
Slow Cooker Pepperoncini Roast: This dish could not be any easier and is so full of flavor! Simply place a few ingredients in your slow cooker in the morning, then make your sandwiches in the evening for supper! I usually keep a House Salad mixed up in the fridge, so it’s simple to add salad to dinner.
Thursday:
Baked Salmon with Parmesan Crust: Always one of our family favorites in the meal plan! To make prep go even faster, go ahead and grate your Parmesan cheese and chop your parsley. Store them in separate airtight containers in the refrigerator and take out when ready to cook. This salmon bakes so quickly and is not only a family favorite, but also great for serving guests! The Air Fryer Baked Potatoes are so easy and quick to make in your air fryer. It’s also simple to make Perfect Baked Potatoes in the oven if you don’t have an air fryer. The Oven Roasted Asparagus is another simple, delicious side dish. This meal so easy, it makes a perfect weeknight supper!
My rich Chocolate Cake Hearts are great to enjoy for dessert tonight or share with those you love for Valentine’s Day tomorrow!
Friday: Happy Valentine’s Day
