Okay y’all, I have the easiest recipe to share with you for BBQ Pork Chops. This is one of those recipes in my arsenal of secret weapons against the busiest of weeknights when I know I need to have a trick or two up my sleeve about supper time.

I really hate to even call this a recipe it’s so simple.

But I did promise I’d share my family-favorite recipes and tricks for getting supper on the table in a sure fire hurry.

So here we go…

You can use either fresh or frozen pork chops for this recipe – making it even easier!

Simply spray the crock of your slow cooker with non-stick cooking spray and then pour your favorite BBQ sauce in the bottom.

Next add your pork chops in an even, flat layer into the crock.

If the space of your slow cooker crock doesn’t allow for all of your pork chops to be in one layer, then add BBQ sauce on top of the pork chops and add a second layer.

Then top with more BBQ sauce until your pork chops are well-covered.

Cook on the low setting for 7 hours or the high setting for 3 1/2 hours.
