Slow Cooker BBQ Pork Chops

Slow Cooker Pork Chops make one of the easiest meals. Made with a few simple ingredients, these slow cooker pork chops are tender and delicious.

Okay y’all, I have the easiest recipe to share with you for pork chops with these slow cooker pork chops. This is one of those recipes in my arsenal of secret weapons against the busiest of weeknights when I know I need to have a trick or two up my sleeve about supper time.

I really hate to even call this a recipe it’s so simple.

But I did promise I’d share my family-favorite recipes and tricks for getting supper on the table in a sure fire hurry.

So here we go…

You can use either fresh or frozen pork chops for this recipe – making it even easier!

Simply spray the crock of your slow cooker with non-stick cooking spray and then pour your favorite BBQ sauce in the bottom.

Next add your pork chops in an even, flat layer into the crock.

If the space of your slow cooker crock doesn’t allow for all of your pork chops to be in one layer, then add BBQ sauce on top of the pork chops and add a second layer.

Then top with more BBQ sauce until your pork chops are well-covered.

Cook on the low setting for 7 hours or the high setting for 3 1/2 hours.

Remove from your slow cooker with tongs as the meat is going to be fall-apart tender and taste so delicious.

Serve with your favorite quick-fix vegetables and dig in!

Here’s my slow cooker pork chops recipe. I hope you love them!

I made these tonight and while yummy my sauce was very watery. Any tips? How much of a bottle of bbq sauce do you use? I cooked it on low for 7 hours.

I made this the other day, and being short on time, I opted for the shorter cooking time on high. It had good flavor, but it never got thick or sticky like the picture. I attributed this to not using the low temp and the longer cooking time, but wondered if anyone else had a similar problem. thanks…..

Hi Robyn! I had to pop over and let you know I made pork chops your way tonight using a bottle of bbq sauce a friend gifted me from Kansas City. They came out fabulous and it was so easy and freed me up to do some card making on this rainy day here in NY. Thank you!!

Ok my slow cooker broke before we moved out here. After reading this recipe I’m fighting not getting in my truck and going to town to buy not only a new but all the ingredients for this recipe as well. I so have to try it and try it soon.

Oh good gracious! These pork chops are making me drool right now. Maybe this will be the post I show my husband to convince him we need a slow cooker in our lives.
