MEAL PLAN TIPS:

Easy Citrus Shrimp - from Add a Pinch Cookbook

Saturday:
Easy Citrus Shrimp: This shrimp recipe from the cookbook comes together in a snap and is perfect for an easy, breezy meal. Paired with a salad and homemade citrus vinaigrette dressing, it is simple, scrumptious, and just right! I’ll make the vinaigrette ahead earlier in the day and always love to have a large salad assembled for my family throughout the week.

Skillet Steak with Gorgonzola Herbed Butter Recipe

Sunday:
Skillet Steaks : I enjoy a grilled steak so much, but there’s just something magical about this steak seared in a hot skillet! I like to season mine several hours before I’ll be cooking it to heighten the flavor of the steak.
Gorgonzola Herb Butter: I make this ahead and store it in the fridge until ready to top these hot, sizzling steaks. Please don’t skip this herbed butter – it’s an amazing final touch!

Cilantro Lime Shrimp Avocado Salad Recipe - This Cilantro Lime Shrimp Avocado Salad recipe has all the flavors of summer in every delicious bite! So quick and easy to toss together and perfect for a lunch or a light supper! // addapinch.com

Monday:
Cilantro Lime Avocado Shrimp Salad: This is such an easy, tasty salad when the temps start to rise! We enjoy it often during the summer. It’s ready in minutes, but you could make the salad earlier, add the dressing ingredients and toss right before serving for supper. I’m planning to make this a sort of Leftover Makeover by having enough of my Easy Citrus Shrimp from Saturday’s supper to add to this scrumptious salad!
Ice Cream Sandwiches: You can make both the Peanut Butter Chocolate Chip Cookies and the No Churn Vanilla Ice Cream earlier in the day so you just have to assemble the sandwiches for dessert!

Easy Barbacoa Recipe // addapinch.com

Tuesday:
Easy Barbacoa: This dish with it’s unmistakeable flavor is always a favorite – and it’s so easy. You can put everything in the slow cooker insert the night before, cover it in your fridge and put in the slow cooker in the morning. We plan to eat it with tortillas, some avocado slices and my Salsa. It’s also great in tacos, with rice or on a salad. It is great for leftovers and freezes well too!
Salsa (Restaurant Style): This is so fresh and takes only minutes to make, but I keep it in the fridge most of the time because my family loves it! I will make enough tonight though for a supper on Friday too! But if it gets eaten before then, it takes only minutes to make some more!

The Best Pulled Pork Recipe - This easy pulled pork recipe lets your slow cooker do all the work while making the best pulled pork! Easy, delicious, and the only pulled pork recipe you'll ever need! // addapinch.com

Thursday:
Pulled Pork Sandwiches: Let the slow cooker do all the hard work for you. You can easily put everything into the slow cooker insert the evening before and refrigerate. Then, in the morning, just remove from the refrigerator and place into the slow cooker, set the timer and go! So easy and delicious!
Homemade BBQ Sauce: This is one of the easiest – and most delicious – bbq sauces ever! Ready in minutes and great to keep on hand in the refrigerator too!
Coleslaw: This coleslaw comes together in a snap, but is also a great make-ahead side dish too.

Grilled Chicken Fiesta Salad Recipe - This simple grilled chicken salad recipe is kicked up a notch for a spicy Tex-Mex favorite! // addapinch.com

Friday:
Grilled Chicken Fiesta Salad: Get ready to excite the taste buds with this salad! Ever since I first made this, it’s been requested repeatedly at my house! It comes together quickly, but I will have my Salsa made ahead.
Easy Peach Cobbler: What a simple, scrumptious dessert! Make with ripe, juicy fresh peaches (if available in your area now) or use canned ones or frozen peaches you’ve thawed in the fridge (what I’ll be doing). Enjoy with a scoop of No Churn Vanilla Ice Cream on top. Delicious and such a perfect summer dessert!

Have a great week!
