Meal Plan Tips:

Shrimp Creole Recipe from addapinch.com

Sunday:
Shrimp Creole: My Mama’s recipe for this delicious shrimp creole is such a favorite – for good reason! It’s delicious and so easy to make! If you wish, you can prep the onions, celery, garlic and peppers ahead and refrigerate.

Skillet Zucchini: This easy favorite side dish comes together quickly, so I will cook this as the shrimp creole is simmering.

Best Chocolate Cake: I’ve just got a craving for this amazing, all time favorite chocolate cake! I will make it a little earlier in the day, if not the day the before.

Spaghetti makes a favorite weeknight meal and this quick and easy Instant Pot Spaghetti recipe makes it even easier! Ready in 30 minutes! // addapinch.com

Monday:
Instant Pot Spaghetti: Spaghetti is a favorite around our house and this version is a go-to lately! It all cooks in one pot and is ready in less than 30 minutes. But if you want to make it ahead, it’s great for that too! Just prepare according to the recipe instructions (don’t add the Parmesan yet) and let it cool completely before adding to an airtight container. It will keep in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.

House Salad with Homemade Croutons: I always have as much of this salad as possible prepped ahead and waiting in my fridge as we eat it nearly every day with meals or lunches. The Homemade Croutons are a tasty and easy make-ahead addition to this delicious salad. You can make them ahead, let them cool completely and store them in an airtight container for up to 3 days.

Parmesan Garlic Bread Bites: These scrumptious little bites of deliciousness go wonderfully with this spaghetti! They are made from my super easy, homemade pizza dough. I will mix up a batch of pizza dough on Sunday and refrigerate. Then I’ll proceed with the recipe at time for supper tonight so they are hot and fresh!

Rib Eye Fajitas Recipe - Ribeye Steak Fajitas are so quick, easy and flavorful! Made with perfectly seasoned, tender Ribeye steak, bell peppers and onions, they are always a favorite! // addapinch.com

Tuesday:
Rib Eye Fajitas: The flavor in these fajitas is incredible – and they are so quick and easy to make! As the slices of steak are marinating, I will prep the vegetables for the fajitas.

Cilantro Lime Rice: I will let the rice cook as the steak is marinating. I do plan to blend the fresh cilantro lime mixture right before I begin making the rest of supper and place it in the fridge in an airtight container. But a bit of fresh chopped cilantro and the lime zest is best on this rice when added fresh, so I’ll add right before serving.

Slow Cooker BBQ Pork Chops - The slow cooker makes these pork chops fork tender and a family favorite! Just 5 minutes of prep time make this a favorite weeknight meal! // addapinch.com

Wednesday:
Slow Cooker BBQ Pork Chops: I will use my Homemade BBQ Sauce and have it made and in my refrigerator ahead of time. The prep time for these savory pork chops is only a few minutes, so I’ll do that in the morning before I turn on the slow cooker. If you are rushed in the mornings, you can add the ingredients as instructed in the recipe to the slow cooker insert and refrigerate overnight. Just put the insert back into your slow cooker in the morning and cook as directed.

Parmesan Zucchini and Eggplant: This comes together in less than 20 minutes so I will cook this fresh. I will have some grated Parmesan in the fridge that I’ve prepped earlier in the week for other dishes.

Roasted Potatoes: These are as simple as can be! I will have them roasting in the oven while I cook the zucchini and eggplant.

One Pan Pesto Chicken Recipe - This One Pan Pesto Chicken recipe makes a quick and easy answer to what's for supper? Made with chicken, pesto, peppers, tomatoes, zucchini and mozzarella, this will easily become a favorite! // addapinch.com

Friday:
One Pan Pesto Chicken: Easy as can be, this favorite dish comes together all in one pan and cooks in less than 30 minutes! To prep ahead, I’ll make my pesto earlier and have in the fridge. I will cut up the chicken ahead of time too.

Chocolate Chip Cookie Pie: This favorite – and oh so easy – pie is such a perfect dessert! I’ll make it ahead and hope no body slices into it before supper tonight!

Have a great week!
