How Do I Make It?

To make it, I simple add my fresh cranberries and sugar to my food processor or high speed blender and then pulse about 30 pulses until the cranberries are coarsely chopped. I then stir in jalapeno, onion, cilantro, my orange zest and orange juice.

Then I spoon the salsa over softened cream cheese on a serving platter. I add sliced fruit, crackers or tortilla chips to the platter, serve and enjoy!
