MEAL PLAN TIPS:
Easter Sunday:
I like to prep and make as much of my Easter meal as I can!
The Cola Glazed Ham is so simple to make and is absolutely delicious!
Dishes like the Deviled Eggs, Strawberry Pretzel Salad, and Southern Ambrosia can be made ahead and refrigerated until time for your meal.
Bake your Easy Carrot Cake the night before, wrap tightly and then frost it on Sunday if you wish.
I give make ahead instructions on all the casserole recipes too. Enjoy the day!
Monday:
Hot Ham and Cheese Sandwiches and Easter Leftovers:
Hot Ham and Cheese Sandwiches are delicious and will come together in a snap with leftover ham from Easter. My family loves these!
There will be leftover salads to enjoy with these sandwiches to make this a super easy meal!
Tuesday:
Chicken Fajitas: A definite quick and easy go-to recipe that takes just 25 minutes from start to finish. If you want to speed things along even more, I like to go ahead and prep the veggies the night before.
My Restaurant Style Salsa is such a favorite in our house, I keep it made in the fridge most of the time!
Wednesday:
Slow Cooker BBQ Pork Chops: The slow cooker makes these delicious bbq pork chops so easy and so tender! It only takes a few minutes to prep these, then the slow cooker does the work! I will use my Homemade BBQ Sauce that I have made earlier.
Thursday:
Spanish Rice with Beef: This main dish meal couldnโt be simpler to make! Itโs absolutely delicious, so easy and ready in 30 minutes. If you want, you can chop your onions and mince your garlic ahead of time โ otherwise this one is pretty quick already!
Friday:
Grilled Chicken with Marinade: Make marinade ahead and marinate chicken ahead too for the best, most delicious and juicy chicken! Iโm usually like to grill a couple of extra chicken breasts for another meal later.
Southern Potato Salad can definitely be made ahead and refrigerated until time to serve. It’s been a family favorite for so many years!
Happy Easter! Have a great week!
