Saturday: Eat Out

Easter Sunday: Deviled Eggs + Strawberry Pretzel Salad + Coca Cola Glazed HamSouthern Ambrosia + Green Bean Casserole + Easy Mashed PotatoesSquash Casserole + Roasted Carrots + Easy Carrot Cake +Southern Banana Pudding  (Easter Meal, Make Ahead)

Monday:  Hot Ham and Cheese Sandwiches + Leftovers from Easter Meal (15 Minutes, Leftovers)

Tuesday:  Chicken Fajitas + Restaurant Style Salsa + Cilantro Lime Rice (30 Minutes, Make Ahead)

Wednesday: Slow Cooker BBQ Pork Chops + Skillet Roasted Sweet Potatoes+ Coleslaw (Slow Cooker, Make Ahead)

Thursday: Spanish Rice with Beef + House Salad (30 Minutes)

Friday:  Grilled Chicken with Best Grilled Chicken Marinade + Southern Potato Salad  + Grilled Zucchini + Chewy Sugar Cookies (30 Minutes, Make Ahead)

Easter Sunday:
I like to prep and make as much of my Easter meal as I can!
The Cola Glazed Ham is so simple to make and is absolutely delicious!
Dishes like the Deviled Eggs, Strawberry Pretzel Salad, and Southern Ambrosia can be made ahead and refrigerated until time for your meal.
Bake your Easy Carrot Cake the night before, wrap tightly and then frost it on Sunday if you wish.
I give make ahead instructions on all the casserole recipes too. Enjoy the day!

Grilled Chicken with Marinade: Make marinade ahead and marinate chicken ahead too for the best, most delicious and juicy chicken! I’m usually like to grill a couple of extra chicken breasts for another meal later.
Southern Potato Salad can definitely be made ahead and refrigerated until time to serve. It’s been a family favorite for so many years!
