Well, aside from cooking, flag football game, yard work and etc…the most creative thing I have done recently had to be just about an hour ago! My bonus daughter…9 yr old, remembers at 6:00 pm (15 min before needing to leave to go back to her mom’s), she has forgotten she needs a book character (her favorite or any character) COSTUME to wear to school TOMORROW. She is in hysterics. It’s Sunday. Everything is CLOSED. Thank goodness I had a hot glue gun, a black long sleeve tshirt, a white tshirt, red ribbon off of a mini christmas tree, and scissors!
I ended up throwing together a Cat in the Hat shirt that she can wear with her cat in the hat-hat, black leggings, white socks and black shoes tomorrow. And a tail! Here is a pic of the shirt I made in like no time so she could go back to her mom’s and be a HAPPY CAMPER!!! She thought it was the “best costume ever! And home made too!!” That made it all worth it! (I say this while picking hot glue out of my hair from rushing around LOL)
