I’m so excited about spring officially starting that I may just have to overlook the chartreuse pine pollen that has enrobed my world right about now. There’s no use in trying to wash it off for a little while, it just keeps on coming. But, I have noticed the oak leaf hydrangeas have started to sprout leaves, the fig bush is filling in with buds, and I think the lilac bush Mama transplanted when she moved here will put on a show this year.
And by the looks of this week’s Mingle Monday, I’d say that everyone is ready for spring! It was filled with so many great ideas and recipes, it was so hard to pick a few to highlight!
Daffodil Lollipops from Pint Sized Baker | Homemade Marshmallow Easter Chicks from A Farm Girl’s Dabbles
Chocolate Peanut Butter Eggs from Schugary Sweets | Loaded Blonde Brownies from BruCrew Life
Yoda Cookies from Sweet Sugar Belle
Butterscotch Pie from Eat 2 Gather | Triple Coconut Bars from Crumbs and Chaos
As always, thanks so much for sharing your creations this week. A new Mingle Monday will go live on Sunday evening ready for you.
Now, go out and enjoy some of this pollen with me, won’t you?
